Now in its 9th year, Sydney BarShow has firmly established itself as the country’s premier event for bar professionals. The event will be held on Tuesday 21st & Wednesday 22nd September at The Hordern Pavilion, on Lang Road, Moore Park (next to Entertainment Quarter) in Sydney.
This trade only event is dedicated to everyone involved in the running of a bar, nightclub or hotel business, from the business owner to the bartender. Anyone who makes purchasing decisions would benefit from attending this trade show.

This year Bartender Magazine has confirmed Ian Burrell as one of our international guest speakers. Ian is recognised as The UK Ambassador for Rum and Spokesperson for the West Indies Rum & Spirits Producers Association, acting as consultant to all the major spirit companies including Bacardi, Pernod Ricard, Diageo and J Wray & Nephew; as well as travelling around the globe conducting rum seminars, academies, tastings and as well as judging many cocktail competitions.
Ian will be hosting this year’s newest theatre the Rum Shack.
